Refund policy

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@shopctrlplus.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Do not send an item back until CTRL+ provides return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and included components. Opened, used, personalized, hygiene-sensitive, clearance, and final-sale items are not eligible unless they arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery. If there is a problem, contact us promptly at hello@shopctrlplus.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when possible. We will review the request and provide next steps.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved standard returns. If CTRL+ confirms that an item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, CTRL+ will provide appropriate return instructions and cover the approved return-shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by CTRL+.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is eligible for return, complete the return process and place a new order for the preferred item.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be sent to hello@shopctrlplus.com as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only before supplier processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

We will notify you after an approved return is received and reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
